Report a message
In the app, open the message and tap Report. It works from anywhere, and the message is hidden from you right away. We review reports within 24 hours. For something urgent, email us as well.
Hide someone's messages
Open one of their messages and tap Block author to hide their messages near it. Blocks are private: no one else is told.
Delete your messages or your data
Delete any of your messages from the app. To delete everything, use Delete my data in the app's settings: you choose whether your messages are deleted too. Soapstone has no accounts, so we can't find your data from an email or a name; deleting happens in the app. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Appeal a removal
If we removed a message you think follows the community rules, email us.
